Return Policy
Because every product we create is custom-made and personalized just for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed and production has started.
Each lamp is crafted individually based on your uploaded photo and chosen message — this makes it unique and non-resellable.
If you believe there has been a mistake with your order (for example, the wrong image, text, or a defect in the product), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office@superbrat.eu with:

Our team will review your case and, if confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or correction at no additional cost.
Damages and issues
We carefully inspect and test all products before shipping, but if your lamp arrives damaged during transport, please email us at office@superbrat.eu within 48 hours of receiving it, attaching clear photos of both the product and the packaging.
We will immediately arrange a replacement or repair, depending on the situation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Since our products are custom-made and personalized, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of:

manufacturing defect

shipping damage

wrong product received
We also cannot accept returns for products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a return request is approved due to an error or damage caused by us.
Once approved, you’ll receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
