All orders are shipped from our workshop in Bulgaria to most countries across Europe.
We carefully package every personalized lamp to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Processing time

All our products are handcrafted and personalized.
Production usually takes 1–2 business days after receiving your photo and message.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped immediately.

Shipping times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • European Union countries: 3–7 business days

  • Non-EU European countries: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, customs procedures, or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are calculated at checkout before completing your order.
We work with trusted international couriers such as DHL and DPD to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Order tracking

While we do everything possible to ensure a smooth delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs authorities.
